She doesn’t just help you buy or sell a house — she guides you through one of life’s biggest transitions with strategy, empathy, and a relentless commitment to your best interests.

Do you specialize in certain types of properties?

Yes. Sallie specializes in first-time buyers, luxury listings, mid-century and historic homes, investment and house-hack properties, and relocation clients. She has handled transactions from $300K starter homes to $2.25M luxury estates.

Which areas do you serve?

Sallie is based in Denver and serves the entire metro including Arvada, Littleton, Lakewood, Westminster, Longmont, Lafayette, Broomfield, Golden, Aurora, Castle Rock, Englewood, Morrison, Wheat Ridge, and Colorado Springs. She knows how each market moves.

What is the real estate market like right now in 2026?

Denver remains a competitive market with strong demand in key neighborhoods. Inventory has improved compared to recent years, giving buyers more options, but well-priced and well-presented homes still move quickly. Sallie stays current on market shifts and will give you a candid read before you make any moves.
