What buying with me actually looks like
01 We get clear first.
Before we start running all over Denver looking at houses, we talk. Budget, timing, neighborhoods, must-haves, nice-to-haves, and what your money realistically buys. You’re interviewing me, and I’m interviewing you too. We should make sure we’re a good fit.
02 We get picky.
I’m not trying to sell you every house we walk into. We’ll look at location, condition, price, layout, future resale, and whatever weird thing somehow didn’t make it into the listing photos. If you’re still figuring out where you want to live, start with my Denver neighborhood guide .
03 We look at the numbers.
When you find a house you love, we figure out what it’s actually worth and what it may realistically take to buy it. Those are not always the same number. We’ll look at comparable sales, competition, market conditions, seller leverage, and your comfort level before you decide what makes sense for you
04 I stay with you through the messy stuff.
Getting under contract is not the finish line. Inspection, title, appraisal, lending, deadlines, negotiations, and surprises still have to happen. You don’t have to know how to navigate all of that. I do.
