Grateful Reflections on 2024 and Exciting Plans for 2025

As 2024 comes to a close, I’m reflecting on this incredible year that was filled with milestones, adventures, and growth (professional and personal). This has been a year of gratitude and excitement, and I’m looking forward to carrying that energy into 2025! Here’s a look back at some of the key highlights that shaped my year and a glimpse into what’s ahead.

A Year of Adventures and Milestones
2024 started with a BANG as Virginia and I traveled to the UK where we went to Scotland for Hogmanay. Experiencing the traditions and celebrations there was unforgettable. From Scotland, we headed to London, where we went wassailing in an apple orchard outside the city. These trips set the tone for a year of discovery and joy!

One of the biggest and happiest personal milestones this year was getting married on April 5, 2024, surrounded by our immediate family. It was an intimate and heartfelt celebration that marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for us.

This year we continued to embrace our amazing and vibrant Denver community. We co-hosted the first annual block party at our new house, bringing neighbors together for an evening of fun, music, and connection. Virginia’s art show was another standout moment, with her incredible piece titled “A Painting” taking center stage as always. I even got in on the creative spirit by crafting my yearly food sculpture inspired by her work.

In addition to these personal highlights, we made time for adventures closer to home and across the country. From camping trips to seeing Dead and Co at the Sphere in Las Vegas for two unforgettable nights, to attending the Bourbon Fresh Music Festival in Louisville, KY, this year has been filled with moments that will live in my memory forever. We also visited family in Sea Island, Georgia, and traveled to Charleston, SC, for the Compass retreat, which was both inspiring and rejuvenating.

Professional Growth and Achievements
Professionally, 2024 was a remarkable year. As a Denver real estate agent, I had the privilege of helping 30 families buy, sell, or buy and sell homes around the Front Range all the way north to Longmont and south to Castle Rock. There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone find their dream home and to help navigate such a significant transition in their life. If you’re looking to buy a Denver home or sell your current property, I’d be honored to help you too.

This year, I also made a significant career move by transitioning within the Compass family to Nostalgic Homes, a fantastic boutique brokerage that joined Compass several years ago. This move has allowed me to grow within the industry and connect with even more amazing clients and fellow agents!

In addition to local transactions, I worked with three different agents within the Tom Ferry and Compass national network, helping their referrals either buy or sell homes in the Denver metro area. Being part of a network of top-tier professionals has been both rewarding and inspiring. I also attended the Tom Ferry Elite Retreat in Orlando and Summit in Dallas, which were invaluable for both personal and professional development.

To show my appreciation for my clients, I hosted the inaugural Pints and Pies celebration, where I provided pies to past clients. It was a heartwarming event that I hope will grow and become an anticipated annual tradition.

Denver and Boulder continue to amaze and inspire me after 15 years. Whether it’s attending concerts, like the many we enjoyed this year, or cheering on local sports teams at CU Buffs football games, Broncos games, and Nuggets games, there’s never a dull moment in these cities. Living and working here as one of the best Denver real estate agents is truly a privilege.

Looking Ahead to 2025
As I look ahead to 2025, I’m filled with excitement and optimism. I can’t wait to help even more families find their perfect homes and achieve their real estate goals. Whether you’re searching for a Denver home or ready to list your property, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Here’s to another year of growth, connection, and adventure. Thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey this year. Your trust and support mean the world to me. Let’s make 2025 a year to remember!
